Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using any Land AI product (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Land AI LLC. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

Land AI provides consumer AI apps (ChatCam, iLand, FooCam) and a B2B platform for businesses to deploy AI assistants. We are a software vendor and are not party to your private conversations.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use our consumer apps. The Land AI Agent Platform is invite-only and intended for businesses.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited promotional messages or violate Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Submit unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to access another user’s data, reverse-engineer the Service, or probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure
• Use the Service to provide medical, legal, or financial advice without appropriate qualifications and disclaimers

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or generate through the Service. You grant Land AI a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely as needed to operate the Service.

6. AI output

Our Service uses third-party large-language-model providers (Google AI, OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate output. AI output is probabilistic; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. iLand content is for relaxation and general wellness only and is not medical advice.

7. Fees & subscriptions

Paid features are billed through Apple, Google, or our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refund requests are governed by the policies of the platform that processed the purchase.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We perform maintenance and may experience outages caused by upstream providers.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Land AI’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. On termination we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & contact
